The two cooks were trouble shooting depositor issue. One cook unhooked the air hose. Both pulled out locking pins for the valve arm and air cylinder eye rod. One cook plugged the air back in and heard the other cook yell to unplug air again. it was found the other cooker got the right thumb pinched.
