Partner pushed a [REDACTED] onto the [REDACTED] straight on without turning the handle to the safe spot and the bowl started to roll off the scale and hit his lower ribs. The employee fell on the ground and stayed there for a few seconds and got up stating that he feels fine and would continue to work. After 40 minutes he came into the office and stated that he will go to the hospital because he feels a sharp pain on one his ribs. An 801 form was filled out. He denied AMR.
