Employee was cleaning tips on the mold and had the machine locked out. When she was done cleaning she went to un-lock the machine and the spout conveyor had been pulled out. and she could not get to her lock. She decided to go in behind the conveyor to get her lock and tripped ober oily absorbant rugs laying under the machineand fell on her right knee.
