What happened
Employe had a resin truck come in and had to change the feed tubes for silos 1-4. She took the cap off of silo 4 and removed the feed tube from silo 1. When picking up on the feed tube to insert into silo 4 she felt something in her shoulder back area. She continued to close the straps on the cap. After closing silo 4 she had to put the caps back on silo 1 feed tube. As she was strapping the cap on she felt the pain go down her back.
