Removing bad pouch from under the 5-Pound Loaf filler head
What happened
Filler Operator reached under the 5# filler head to remove a bad pouch. The control panel on the swing arm was positioned in front of the filler causing the Operator to duck underneath it. A lead raised the control panel up to get it out of the way and the back of the control panel dislodged the Delrin bar above the operator. The 3-foot bar was knocked loose and fell hitting the back of the operators head resulting in a laceration.
