Employee was performing normal job functions reaching into a mold to pull strand.
What happened
Employee was reaching into the mold to get a cable and put it through the end plate placing my body against the mold and when reaching in employee felt a pop below hi left peck. Employee didn 't feel pain until the next day when employee was working couldn 't handle the pain left for the day and went to his personal PCP.
