On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] were in Room 256 A Executive Chief office While [REDACTED] was getting ready to leave the office he needed to change his shoes Upon moving from his chair to get his shoes in reachable distance He heard a pop in his foot. Unsure of which foot. He was unable to place his foot in his shoe and then had to place his foot in a boot. [REDACTED] had asked if we needed to place a code since he was unable to stand up without issue. [REDACTED] was eventually able to get up and walk He then clocked out and went home
