What happened
The employee was traveling backwards with the walk behind lift when the lift backed on top of the employees left boot. The employees boot was pinched between the floor and the walk behind. The employee quickly changed direction on the walk behind to go forward; however his boot was pulled 18 - 24 forward before the walk behind came off of the employees boot.
