Employee was sitting on a work stool for the machine and attempted to reach for a document located on the rear of the machine workstation without standing.

The employee was over-reaching for the document while sitting which caused the stool they were sitting on the tilt forward onto two legs of the four. The employee still could not reach the document and reached further causing the stool to overturn and come out from under them. The employee fell to the floor and landed on the left posterior and planted their left hand against the ground to catch themselves.
