Before the incident
He was delivering to Fast Mart convenience store and arrived at about [REDACTED] after bringing all product which consisted of 3 geo cart skids into the location with his route geo cart he pushed the first geo cart skid into the cooler and began stocking the cooler glide 's and filling the back stock shelves with product. He finished with the first skid and pushed it out of the cooler with his foot stepped over the skid to further push it the rest of the way out and around the corner into the walkway. He then bent over and picked it up and set it aside by the back door out of the way and proceeded to get the second skid to repeat the previous process.
What happened
Upon finishing the second skid he pushed it out of the cooler with his foot - this time there were two empty shells still on the skid which he bent over and picked up and then stepped over the skid placed the two empty shells stacked on the top of another vendors product which was stacked waist high along the backside of the walkway and upon bending over then stacking the empty shells and again after stepping over the second geo skid he felt what he can describe as a sharp pain in his lower back on the right side. He proceeded to rub and try to properly stretch the lower right side of his back for a minute and he then proceeded to bend over to pick up the second skid and place it out of the way by the back door. He then retrieved the third and final skid to complete the stop and continue on with his route. After completing four more stops he felt the right side of his lower back was not improving but instead worsening as the day went on.
