Forklift operator was transporting a pallet to the dock staging lane. Next to operator 's assigned staging lane was a stager working on a separate shipment. The stager was in between 2 pallets and was not visible to the forklift operator video. The forklift operator proceeded to drive to drop the pallet at the same time the stager stepped out with their back towards the lane causing the forklift operator to impact the stager with the pallet he was transporting.
