What happened
Asociate parked double pallet jack on aisle 22 to retrieve an empty pallet(s) to start their picking tasks. Associate grabbed the 1st pallet and placed it on the floor giving them 2 feet of space from the forks of the DPJ and the pallet. The associate then grabbed a 2nd pallet from the rack and as they turned to place the 2nd pallet on the floor they tripped over the 1st pallet and the 2nd pallet fell on their left arm.
