EE reported an incidentthat happened on [REDACTED] into [REDACTED] EE stated half an hour towards the end of his shift his left elbowand his hand startedto hurt really bad He stated that his elbow was getting sensitive while steering his forklift and tossing cases He stated that his pinky and ring finger on his left hand started to get numb He stated since it was close to the end of his shift he chose to push through hoping it will feel better the next day He stated when he woke up [REDACTED] his hand was still numb and his elbow started to hurt immediately as he was driving his forklift as well as throwing cases He stated he took ibuprofen hoping it would help with the pain He stated that nothing has changed and the pain got worse He stated once it got to a high enough pain level and wasnt able to perform his job he reported it to his Supervisor [REDACTED]
