What happened
I was helping a co worker assist with our hands to help very large habitus patient off the x-ray table on [REDACTED] during our shift. He was holding her right hand and I was holding her left hand. We were both standing on the same side of the the xray table. Seemed the patient just needed a hand to hold to raise herself to a sitting position as we often do. Half way thru she went dead weight and we ended up holding her pulling her up. He using his right hand arm and I was using my left hand arm. I didn 't have immediate anything. I woke up [REDACTED] at home and went to stand up and my left side of back around left hip front of left thigh and calf were all affected. Continued pain and spasms thru the weekend. I was unable to work on mond ay and [REDACTED] do to pain spasms etc. I reached out to my occupational medicine Dr. thru the portal on [REDACTED] and they called and I could not be seen until [REDACTED]. I called the nurse line and explained my symptoms. Went to an appt on [REDAC
