What happened
Employee was in maintenance department stock area when he went to remove a box of Cryovac link arms in a box. Employee stated the box was only [REDACTED] 20 lbs. but when he went to place the box back on the shelf he felt a pull twinge in the left arm shoulder. He did not think much of it but after he went to the floor to conduct PMs he noticed his grip in the left hand was not allowing him to hold tools. Employee stated that he had a rotator cuff surgery [REDACTED] [REDACTED] on the right side and this did not feel as bad as that did. Tested employee 's strength in both hands and they were equal with no pain. Applied pressure [REDACTED] the left shoulder to elbow with no complaint of pain. Sent employee to OHS for medical evaluation.
