Placing top on tote

There was a forklift incident due to construction in the PC room they opened up space between L-21 and L-23 for forklifts to pass through. The driver went down that path so that they could mess around with the scrap when driver was going back through they immediately lost traction and hit the tote stand while an employee was behind it. The tote hit the employee in the head and driver immediately got off the lift to assist and make sure injured employee was okay EE was okay just felt a little dizzy. Lead got the lift out of the way walked injured worker to the shipping break room and got her a cup of water.
