What happened
myself and my crew completed a fitness test consisting of a three mile hike with a 45 lb pack. The test was conducted outside with varying types of terrain (asphalt dirt ice snow gravel). During the test I did slip a few times but never felt any pain or discomfort. The following day I began to develop sharp pain in the bottom outside area of my left foot.
