responded to mva with fire and entrapment at KGB and Royal. Upon arrival firefighter employee followed instructions to pull the front bumper line and suppress the fire. While extending the line his right shoulder was wrenched out of its socket rendering him in pain and unable to continue to fight fire. He was instructed to wait in the Pumper Tender until medics could evaluate his shoulder.
