What happened
Coming back from lunch walking from breakroom to the front of the store when she noticed the cord from an electric riding cart (customer was driving) on the ground. She bent over to pick up the cord and her right knee gave out causing her to land hard on her right hand elbow shoulder. The next day her shoulder was in pain and bothering her so she reported the incident.
