While pulling pallets in [REDACTED] he had shoulder discomfort.Onto his next stop Shaws Dover [REDACTED] he said his pain level hit a 7 out of 10 while merchandising product to the shelf using a pallet jack.He then returned product to the back room and called our on call merchandiser [REDACTED] to inform him he needed to seek medical attention and could not finish the day. He went to [REDACTED] regional hospital.
