What happened

[REDACTED] was work at [REDACTED] when he hurt his right lower back. As he was off loading the remaining 12 packs on to another pallet he picked up the pallet as he was picking it up the pallet he twisted to the right with the pallet and felt a pain in the right lower part of his back. [REDACTED] walked around and stretched his back for about 5 minutes and he finished the and proceeded to his next stop. He had a short 5-minute drive to [REDACTED]. When driving over he could feel his back tighten. He then call [REDACTED] to let him know about the incident. [REDACTED] continued to work at Wal mart and could still feel some sourness in his lower back but was able to continue working. [REDACTED] did go back to [REDACTED] and as bent down to pick up some plastic and he felt the pain again. He kept working the rest of the day finishing the load at [REDACTED] and Target with help. Before going home he filled out this incident report with [REDACTED] also said that he would not need to go see a
