What happened
TM loaded product onto [REDACTED] let the [REDACTED] down let the stop plate down started pushing a stack of dough off the [REDACTED]. As he was walking away with the dough a cart of cheese rolled off the [REDACTED] and onto the parking lot then tipped over. The cart fell onto TM left leg at the back of the knee. TM has abrasion on his calf and ankle is swollen and side of foot and toes are bruised.
