[REDACTED] was doing his normal work activity building orders

[REDACTED] while doing is normal duties as a load builder was reaching to get a 24pk off the pallet to add to his load when he hit the back of his right hand on the racking beside the pallet. This happened in the middle of his shift at approximately [REDACTED]. He was building his 24th pallet out of 37 for the day. There were no environmentally issues that contributed to this. His right pinky knuckle became red and painful. He came to my office to let me know. We iced it but the pain continued so I suggested that he go to immediate car and have it looked at. He was able to make a fist but there was considerable pain when he did.
