What happened
IE was building pallets in warehouse and took corner on pallet jack too close to metal borders surrounding shelving injuring L foot being caught between jack & border. L foot was bleeding profusely through sock and GM had me call [REDACTED] for ambulance. [REDACTED] Operator told us to have him lie on back with leg up to help stop bleeding and to compress but IE wouldn 't let anyone touch it to do compressions. Ambulance arrived within 10 minutes and took IE to UVM Medical Center ER to which IE was released to home around [REDACTED] [REDACTED].
