[REDACTED] reported to mgr who was in the office at the time that he hurt his back and needed to go home. When I returned from my meeting [REDACTED] notified me that [REDACTED] had hurt his back and gone home for the day On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] text me in the morning letting me know his back still hurt and that he would not be coming into work. I let [REDACTED] know that he needs to go see a doctor and get it checked out.
