He was riding on his power jack and came to a stop. when he was about to step off the power jack his right foot slipped and rolled while getting off of the jack. [REDACTED] felt a pop in the side of his foot. [REDACTED] notified mgr the night shift supervisor. [REDACTED] left work for the day as it was his end of day. [REDACTED] came in [REDACTED] after letting it rest and he says it is hard to put pressure and walk on his foot at this time. We will be sending [REDACTED] over to get it checked out.
