Delivering product

EE was delivering BIBS to [REDACTED]. While transporting them with his 2 wheeler he went through the door and his load shifted. He tried to brace his load with his left arm and experienced pain while attempting to level off his delivery. He completed his route for the day called a supervisor to alert him of his arm discomfort and returned to the facility where he was sent to [REDACTED] our athletic trainer for assessment. EE was sent to Occupational Health where he was put on light duty and given a follow-up date.
