What happened
While servicing an account EE twisted incorrectly and reported discomfort in his back. I told him to return and asked if he wanted to go to Urgent Care or the ER since the clinic was closed. Unfortunately our PT wasn 't available for consultation. He elected to go home rest it and see how it feels in the morning. I instructed him to update his supervisor in the morning should he continue to feel discomfort so that an appointment could be called in to Occupational Health.
