Employees were removing a cooler and bringing it to the truck when they got to the lift gate [REDACTED] tilted the cooler back a little on the two-wheeler and this caused the grille to the cooler to pop out a little and [REDACTED] went back to help him push the cooler on the lift gate and when he got to the grille it caught his shin causing a laceration.
