What happened
Assisting a co-worker with pulling a patient up in bed using draw pad- pocket slider. I felt a pop around my right shoulder & upper bicep area. It became difficult to even pull on the Omnicell drawer like I pulled a muscle. I felt it would subside however the muscle felt contracted & sore.
