Circulating a case in OR 2 bed turned 90 degrees bovie and suction at foot of bed next to computer power cords obstructing limited path C-MAC machine was in the way and needed to be moved to prevent tripping but nurse had to physically pick equipment up to clear the cords. Felt popping feeling on right side of mid-back experiencing soreness and spasms following incident. Pain did not intensify until [REDACTED] into [REDACTED].
