Nurse helped up and out of danger way. Behavioral response called. Patient kicking attempting to grab nursing spitting scratching. Iv pulled by patient during trying to leave. Blood on face and arms of patient. Patient placed in 4 point restraints given medication IM. Patient continued to be aggressive. Ivs started and precedex bolus given by NAS. Precedex drip started. [REDACTED] sent to ED for evaluation trauma resource and community health present. Employee Health contacted.
