IP WAS LIFTING 2 #9 BARS THAT WERE COMING OUT OF A GARAGE BEAM ON THE PARKING GARAGE SO THEY COULD TIE THEM UP SO THEY COULD INSERT BANDS THAT WOULD SPLICE TOGETHER. WHILE EMPLOYEE LIFTED THE BARS HIS COWORKERS WENT TO PULL THE TIE WIRE WITH HIS PLIERS AND ENDED UP HITTING IP IN ON HIS TOOTH CAUSING IT TO KNOCK PART OF HIS TOOTH OUT.
