Before the incident
Late RL for employee injury on [REDACTED] employee already has been seen at concentra had follow up and has been since cleared full duty. During the [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] two staff members grabbed the patients arms but were unable to bring them down. I then grabbed the patients legs at which point the patient started moving them because the two staff members did not immediately bring the arms down. Nor did they get proper arm control once patient was down after we managed to get the patient down I took control of the legs and instructed another employee who weighed more to take over leg control. However he failed to properly restrain the legs even after I provided instructions. As a result the patient bucked and tried kicking legs causing my shoulder to jolt in a direction that immediately caused numbness. This aggravated my median nerve leading to inflammation and numbness extending from my arm down to my thumb.
