TM was breaking down cardboard and trash to put into both of the compactors

TM was working at the cardboard compactor breaking down carboard. When doing this the TM needed to pull stapled cardboard off of a wooden pallet. Normally there is a crowbar in the area to help with removal of cardboard from pallets like this but was missing. TM removed the cardboard from the pallet using their hands and felt their right wrist pop.
