A 4-person crew was assigned the task of pacing a new shroud over Dryer number 2. The injured EE was assigned to the lower level of the shroud with a coworker two additional EEs were assigned to the top section of the shroud. During the task a 12-pound hammer slid off the arched top section of the shroud and laned on their left foot.
