What happened
TM was operating the keg filler and picked up a rejected keg to return it to the infeed conveyor. As he reached across the exit conveyor and dropped it onto the infeed conveyor the little finger of his left hand was pinched between the keg and the raised edge of the infeed conveyor and lacerated.
