Before the incident
Removing a sink to replace counter top. Tools- shims putty knife alcohol box cutter mallett paper towels. Used box cutter to cut silicone between sink and countertop
What happened
While cutting silicone around sink the box cutter slipped when going around the corner edge striking his left hand that was placed on counter for leverage. This caused a cut to palm of hand to wrist.
