Performing Maintenance Task

While moving a pallet of lifting equipment one of the lifting bars fell off of the pallet. The lifting Bar fell on its flat side and the forklift was unable to get the forks under it. A pry bar was used to get the lifting bar into an upright position so that it could be placed back onto the pallet. the lifting bar shifted and started to fall towards the forklift forks the bar bounced off of the forks and reversed direction as it fell back onto its side and onto the floor. As it fell to the floor it Struck the top of the Right Foot of [REDACTED]. Poorly organized pallet of parts left by the contractor that had to be moved.
