Before the incident
Trying to remove a plastic valve from the liner inside of an oil tote.
What happened
While the injured EE was attempting to remove a plastic valve that was attached to a plastic liner inside of an oil tote he realized it was tight stuck and would not come off so he started cutting the liner with a safety utility knife. To gain more leverage as he cut the liner he knelt down. When the safety utility knife slipped it hit his right knee causing a laceration.
