Before the incident

EE was unloading boxes onto a dolly and when he went to push the dolly to deliver the freight he began to experience pain and pressure within the middle of his back and lower back. When he made another delivery EE felt the pain shoot down from his middle and lower back into his left leg. EE stated that the pain became worse by the hours days and weeks. EE had sustained a strained middle and lower back. No other injuries [REDACTED] have been reported.

What happened

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was delivering freight to Wingstop at [REDACTED] This delivery requires us to down stack and walk their freight in using a dolly. While doing so [REDACTED] was getting to the bottom of one of the pallets when he picked up one of the boxes. He felt a pain in lower back kind of like pressure. Didn 't think much of it so he just continued. It wasn 't until later [REDACTED] as he was stepping out of the truck making other deliveries that he felt a painful stretch going down m left leg and back. He continued to work thinking it would go away but only got worse throughout the week and sought medical on 8 26
