What happened
I was transferring Mr. [REDACTED] out of bed. He got up ready to go to the chair I was holding the chair at that moment. He was falling backwards so I tried to hold his back with my right arm at the same time I called the nurse [REDACTED] but I guess she thought that wasn 't urgent and she did not enter in the room ( she was right by the door). I pulled Mr [REDACTED] from the back of his pants to force him to sit down in the chair. I felt that my elbow was having a joint separation. Now after a week I still having the pain and no strain.
