What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] a palletizer driver was placing pallets into the 2nd level of racking. During this activity dust and or debris believed to be from the racking fell into the drivers eyes. The associate immediately stopped work flushed out their eyes and after continued irritation opted to seek medical attention shortly after to ensure no further concerns
