The employee was working in the washroom cleaning ingredient buckets and washing the floor.

The employee went to a tote that was full of bleach. He grabbed the hose and a plastic cup to be able to measure the bleach. Once he was finished he placed the cup on top of the tote and the went to place the hose back. The hose then bumped into the cup splashing the bleach onto the employee 's eye left cheek and left arm.

When the bleach splashed onto the employee it resulted in chemical burns on the employee 's left cheek left arm and his eye.

The bleach harmed the employee.

Employee was working in the washroom measuring bleach with a hose and a cup. He placed the cup on top of the tote and the hose knocked the cup over. The bleach splashed in the employee 's eye left arm and left cheek.
