I gathered as much information as I could. Her coworkers assumed she had a ceizure and fell and hit her head really hard. She was bleeding from the head towles was put underneath to help with the bleeding. EMS arrived at around [REDACTED]. EMS took her to [REDACTED]. Left the building at [REDACTED].
