Just before the incident occurred the employee was returning from her lunch break. The employee returned to the deli flat packaging line. The employee went to the other side of the conveyor but from the outside of the deli flat area. This area is used for staging boards that need to be moved

The employee stepped over the yellow guard rail to access the conveyor. She was there for a few seconds and then turned around to head back. As she was stepping over the yellow guard rail she tripped over it and fell forward. She landed on her left side and fractured her elbow.

The employee 's left elbow was fractured.

The yellow guard rail and the concrete floor harmed the employee.

Employee was working at the deli flat packaging area. She stepped over a yellow guard rail to reach one of the conveyors. She turned around and to return to the line when she tripped over the yellow guard rail. The employee injured her left elbow.
