Assisting a patient

Caregiver reports that her back has hurt since transferring a patient [REDACTED]. She stated the pain has continued and she would like to see a MD. She stated [REDACTED] she and another caregiver [REDACTED] were assisting a patient to transfer out of the bed and to the bathroom via a Sit to Stand.
