[REDACTED] was walking to [REDACTED] with [REDACTED] [REDACTED] turned to go into bay and tripped on a metal wash pallet and landed with most of his weight on his right ankle [REDACTED] grabbed [REDACTED] (lead) and we rushed over to him he was sitting on the pallet I asked if he could move his leg or foot he was in too much pain to move his ankle he was pale so [REDACTED] another tech got him water Safety was called along with management. They came in about 5 minutes with first responder [REDACTED]
