EE was removing top panel over main control valve to begin replacing the harness

What happened

EE was removing top panel over main control valve to begin replacing the harness. EE removed the panel and set it on top of the radiator enclosure. EE then stepped back onto the original deck he was standing on at this point EE either lost his balance or caught his left foot on a cover on the fuel tank that protects the level sender see attached photo. EE then fell off the side of the machine while falling EE was able to grab the handhold over the main pump compartment with his left hand while stopping the fall this swung EE into machine while twisting his body his knees contacted the track and he felt a pop in his left armshoulder. EE released the handhold when he felt the pop and landed on the ground on his feet. EE immediately contacted Lead who went directly to site after verifying EE was not critically injured triage was contacted. After EE was evaluated there were no signs of significant injury EE was instructed to ICE area take [REDACTED] and perform shoulder rotations. Triage w
