What happened
[REDACTED] dismounted the forklift at [REDACTED] End and felt a pain in his low back muscles on the left side. He maintained 3-points of contact when dismounting the forklift. There was no incident or other source of injury. [REDACTED] believes that it may be an aggravation of a previous first aid injury from [REDACTED]. In this instance the [REDACTED] was operating the front-end loader and loading cullet into a 30 cubic yard box. There was severe tire wear on one of the front tires and or a bolt sticking up on the south pad that caused the front-end loader to stop suddenly jarring the [REDACTED]’s low back in the same spot.
